SPECIAL DOCTOR chair is, like DOCTOR chair, an electrically convertible bedchair that was designed to eliminate the problems that doctors have when they have to make patients lay down. By acting on the foot switch control, both the wide back rest and the leg rest are moved synchronously from vertical to horizontal position by a silent electrical motor, transforming SPECIAL DOCTOR chair in a real small bed for tonometry, dressing and small surgical operations.
SPECIAL DOCTOR chair is provided with special tip-up and lockable wide armrests, adjustable in both height and direction, that are very useful for blood withdrawals and blood pressure measurements. The utilisation of SPECIAL DOCTOR chair is therefore extremely wide: for ophthalmology, for ENT, for clinics, for all specialities of medicine.
SPECIAL DOCTOR chair is also provided with: foot rest, cushion head rest, 290° lockable rotation.
SPECIAL DOCTOR chair is equipped with an electric height adjustment mechanism, based on a silent and powerful electric motor, which gives an elevation of 15 cm by acting on a foot-switch control.
SPECIAL DOCTOR chair is provided with a nice, wide and sturdy base, in laminated wood, which assures great stability, also when the chair is in bed position.
