The Canon Full Auto-Refractor Keratometer is very easy to operate using the auto-feature. Once the eye is located on the alignment screen, just press start! The unit's motorized optical head automatically aligns, acquires the readings and then automatically moves over to the opposite eye to perform the same function. The unit can also be operated manually to acquire readings. Measurement functions include: • Auto-refraction only and combination refraction and keratometry • Corneal peripheral keratometry at 30-degree angle from eye center • Pupil diameter measurement • IR retro-illumination to observe lens opacity (cataracts) and scratches on contact lenses. • Corneal diameter and base curve of contact lens |
